Susan has been buying and selling real estate since 1978, including properties in Connecticut, Wyoming, California, and the Island of Bermuda. Her success in real estate investing enabled her to sell her co-ownership in a successful advertising agency and relocate to the Wine Country of Sonoma to live the country life, which she loves.

Susan specializes in high end country properties and understands the special features of the country and all it has to offer. She also stays informed regarding regulations and issues surrounding the sale and development of land in the Valley. She is known as a person of high integrity and her attention to detail and professionalism serve her clients well throughout a transaction.

Originally from New York, Susan started her professional life as program director of a CBS affiliate television station before moving into marketing. She has over 20 years experience in the promotion of corporate and retail clients, including a prestigious real estate company, an account she handled for 18 years. Her extensive skills and high standards ensure a level of quality to the advertising material, flyers and brochures she produces for her clients.

Susan has lived in Sonoma, Glen Ellen, and now has a house in The Foothills of Santa Rosa. She is co-founder of Summerhill Horse Sanctuary Inc., a private foundation for retired working horses, and for five years raised orphaned fawns for Wildlife Fawn Rescue. Susan donates a percentage of every commission she earns to animal welfare organizations.
